Goldy

Miles and I came up with this Leprechaun catching contraption. The idea behind the trap is that, the little guy sees the rainbow and knowing there is gold at the end of the rainbow jumps into the pot getting his leg or arm caught in the rope. We were sincerely hoping it was not his head! So we set the trap out last night and when we awoke...
it was EMPTY! But there was a trail of gold chocolate coins leading to this pile of treasure and presents. Our little leprechaun, lovingly named Goldy, let us know his presence all morning by making mischief. Our toilets were green. Our milk and breakfast magically turned green as we were eating it. And things were certainly out of place. Miles wrote a report at school describing him. Goldy's voice sounds like a mouse, he hides under blankets, and he is magical.
We think he has left for now but we will have an all green dinner in his honor.
Happy St. Patty's Day!
