For the Past 3 years we have been out of town on Brighton's Birthday! But he still wakes up to presents, decor and daddy's famous french toast! This year we were in the beautiful mountains of Avon, Colorado. My brother recently moved there so we all met up for a week of good times with the family. We were wondering if there would be enough to do because the kids weren't going to want to hike and bike everyday. But there was SO much to do and we had a great time. It rained on this particular day so we went to a fun nature center, indoor water park, and BBQd in the condo for Brighton's birthday! It turned out to be such a great day. All he wanted to do was swim. And swim he did. There was a diving board at the pool and he went off about 200 times! It always makes me smile to see this spunky, now five year old gracefully dive into the water and swim with ease. Such a fish! Happy Birthday Bright Man!
